What Are Cryptids?
This topic is going to stray away from my usual ones…..what are cryptids? I am a curious person (Sagittarius Moon here 🤣) and so I often find myself down different rabbit holes. I am fascinated by cryptids! If you haven’t heard the name before, a cryptid is “an animal or creature whose existence is rumored, folklore-based, or supported by anecdotal eyewitness accounts, but lacks definitive, accepted scientific proof” - by google definition. So basically, it’s an animal or creature that people have seen or captured evidence of but they have never found one physically to dissect for scientists (that we know of anyway…).
Let’s start out with why they fascinate me so much. I am a very logical person. I like to see things or experience things to understand them. At a young age I was obsessed with haunted houses or “conspiracy theories”. I put quotes around “conspiracy theories” because it seems to me a lot of those are turning out to be true these days (but I will write another post about this because I have a lot of opinions on this!). So I wrote about the Winchester Mystery Mansion, JFK assassination, the death of Marilyn Monroe, and other various haunted old mansions. I never knew why I was drawn to these things but I just FELT like something was not truthful about the stories we were given. So naturally this path leads to Bigfoot. Now I have to be honest….I thought it was just a huge load of shit. How have we not found any bodies of them? Or bones? But when you continue the path of conspiracies….it really leads you to an understanding of how corrupt our government is.
That is the key to all of these “conspiracy theories”- our government lies and covers up anything they feel like. If you are anything like me then you probably feel the same way I do about that. I can’t trust anyone who lies to me. If you lie once I will not believe anything you tell me unless I physically see it for myself. And now that I work with energy and quantum healing….I have definitely seen things physically that go against everything I grew up being taught.
A great place to start is Aliens and Bigfoot. I thing those are the 2 most popular cryptids. I honestly wouldn’t really place Aliens here myself but they are an unexplainable creature that people have seen. Our own government has been trying to cover up the existence of Aliens since…..the 1940’s? Probably earlier but we know this is when the Roswell Incident happened. This is the first huge incident that had many eyewitnesses. A UFO crashed on some ranchers land and ALLEGEDLY the US military recovered a space craft and alien bodies. Then they said nothing happened and made a mockery of people who believed there was a cover up. They went on to continue to make jokes about aliens up until around 2023 when they finally released information about aliens being in the ocean. Even today as I write this the president has said he is going to have them release files about aliens. Now I want to say that I will definitely not believe everything they release on this subject. Our gov likes to spin a narrative that always makes them look like the “heroes” of every situation. But the whole point of this is that- aliens have been real all along.
Bigfoot. A tall ape-like creature that people constantly have sightings of all over the world. Every place has a different name for them but the description is similar. Long hair all over the body, long arms, very tall, ape-like face, and a very strong smell. There are so many pictures and videos out there anymore that it’s hard to say it’s NOT real. But how can we have so many eyewitness accounts but no bodies? That is where I was hung up on for so long. I still can’t say for certain but at this point I understand that either we aren’t allowed to know more or its out of our range of understanding. What I mean by that is, I think spiritually we are not to a point where we are allowed to have access to some information yet. OR our gov doesn’t want us to have access to that information yet.
I think it is so interesting watching videos people take of creatures they can’t explain. I know AI makes it difficult to discern what is real and what is fake these days…..but maybe thats part of why we have that technology now. It mucks up the water so we can’t see clearly. We have had video evidence for so many years of unexplainable phenomena and people still don’t want to believe those things are real.
All in all, I believe there is so much about our world that we don’t understand. I believe when we set an intention to see what is normally hidden….that we are shown things that blow our minds! I’m not surprised anymore when I see a video about a UFO or a strange creature we have never seen before. I don’t think we should be afraid of these things either. I’m not saying you should go up to a crazy looking creature in the middle of the woods or anything….I’m just saying instead of being afraid, try to think about why you are allowed to see it (from afar 😂).
