My Mediumship Journey

This last year has been a whirlwind of psychic development for me! I have been taking so many different classes to hone my psychic abilities. Along with the psychic abilities, I have been taking a Mediumship class. This class has really catapulted me into a whole new realm (literally and metaphorically!).

Truthfully, I thought it would be harder to connect with spirit! But honestly, that part is easy for me. The hard part is holding the connection and receiving messages. Spirit communicates through signs, symbols, feelings in your body and mind, smells, and tastes. So you will receive a message and then you need to shuffle through all that information using your senses to decipher the message. I understand how mentally exhausting it is to do mediumship! You are using all your senses and still holding that connection to that spirit while attempting to give a message to a loved one.

The first “reading” I did really blew me away! We practice with other students in our class. I was completely shocked that I COULD DO IT. AND I WAS CORRECT! The things I told that person were actually right! I’m still shocked every time I practice and I get evidence of that connection. That is what evidential mediumship is all about! Connecting with someone’s deceased loved one and providing them with evidence that they are with you so you can relay a message.

The most important part of mediumship is TRUST. You have to trust in yourself. You have to trust that the information coming through is important and you need to relay everything that you receive. You may think that a symbol isn’t important but you don’t know how important it could be to the client you are reading for. So building up the trust you have for yourself is extremely important.

So far my journey into mediumship has been extremely valuable. I am learning to really trust myself and how important energetic hygiene is. Holding your own power is important for connecting with spirit! And I can’t wait to write an update in a few months to really dive deep into mediumship!
